Students are the life-blood of Childreach International. We were started by students and our main supporters have been students over the years – which is why your involvement is of the utmost importance to us, our projects and our campaign to ensure that children are Taught, Not Trafficked.
Challenge Events We work in partnership with dozens of Raise and Give societies and Student Unions around the UK, enabling students to take on a once in a lifetime sponsored challenge in support of our work. These challenges include climbing toEverest Base Camp in Nepal, hiking to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, cycling across India, and even surviving in the Amazon.
If you would like to bring Taught, Not Trafficked to your university, why not consider starting a Childreach Society? We can send you the materials and resources you need to run your society and provide you with training to equip you with the skills to be successful. We will also keep you updated with regular updates from our work in Nepal – and beyond!
Maybe you are just inspired by the campaign and want to make an impact. We would be delighted if you chose to fundraise for us, spreading the message of the campaign whilst you are doing so. Some of our favourite fundraisers include contacting your old schools to run an own clothes day, running a marathon, or even hosting a coffee and cakes morning for friends, family and neighbours.
